Bobby Gideon has served in law enforcement for over 35 years. He oversees the Quality Control and employee training for AEPS.
Mr. Gideon is a Retired Special Agent with the Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission and has a master peace officer licensure as a Texas Peace Officer. He is certified with the Texas Private Security Bureau as a Level III Security Officer/Trainer and a Level IV Personal Protection Officer/Trainer. Mr. Gideon is a respected Law Enforcement Leader with experience motivating, training and managing high-performing teams of police officers and security guards. He is proficient in developing & delivering training for law enforcement and security personnel and is sought out as an expert on conducting effective investigations and compliance with US laws and regulations.
Mr. Gideon currently serves as an Adjunct Faculty Member at Austin Community College, Austin, Texas as an instructor in the Criminal Justice Department, Academic Alternative Program, and as held this position since January 1996. He has a B.S. degree in Industrial Education from Texas A&M University.
